2. Your account your way

Robust administrative tools help deploy your desired framework, and allows employees and managers to self-service their needs throughout the solution. Each WorkSimple client needs to determine how far they want to take their configuration or personalize their instance. We’ll help you get it done.

3. Load users in seconds

Forget complex roll outs of traditional performance management, try a simple way to import employees and load users through CSV or excel file loads. All we require is some clean data that meets the file structure and your are ready to go. If you prefer to not use the system wizard, no problem, let us know and we'll take care of it.

If you have a small team, just don't have time, or hate files, no problem. The system is designed for your small group or business too. Get your team to sign up through email invitations driven through the WorkSimple system.

4. Training comes naturally

WorkSimple is intuitive so that training can be in digested in bite sizes for anyone. Users are ready to go in less then twenty minutes and will log in every single day. Every feature and tab has contextual help and videos to help the whole team get involved. We also can provide specific training programs for employees, managers, HR, executives and administrators to help get everyone up to speed on WorkSimple if needed.

5. Communication is key

Communicating change is just as important as getting a new user his or her password. We have dedicated time to help communicate your new WorkSimple platform to employees. The Communications section provides administrators, managers and HR with all the communication materials they need for a successful rollout.
